we moved to the area two years ago, and we come back to this place frequently. it is clean and bright with a cheerful '50s theme. The service is usually pretty quick and friendly. The menu offers a decent variety, especially since they also make the breakfast menu available all day. It is diner food. Like you might have found here 50 years ago, but updated some. The food is typically good to excellent diner food. It's a diner; we're not expecting fancy gourmet dining and, for what it is, they do a good job. keeps us happy, which is why we keep coming back.
Always fun and friendly! Generous portions I love the chicken parmigiana meal. I always take home extra.
Very good atmosphere and awesome staff. We arrived about an hour until they closed and they never showed any type of rush or irritation about our presence. They took our order and even treated the three parties of people to arrive after us like we had all the time in the world. The food was good and the staff was on the ball. We had a very good experience while dining at Hi-Way 101. Friendly staff, good food and a relaxed atmosphere. What else can you ask for and all within an hour before closing time. I highly recommend stopping in for a meal.
Recently stopped for lunch. We ordered a Philly cheesesteak and the special for the day, beef stroganoff. Both dishes were good but for me the stroganoff seemed a little salty. Nobody else thought so and I'm very light on the salt so it was probably just me.
Hard to know if it's a three or four at this diner. I've been coming to this diner on and off since it first opened decades ago. They still do not have any nondairy milk and very little for a plant-based eater. You can get the snow call me falls oatmeal. We exchanged raisins for blueberries thank you. OK. Prices have gone up like a lot of things in Sequim. They make a fresh Belgium waffle which I used to really enjoy before I went fully vegan Definitely a step back to Happy Days diner
